Terms of use

1. What VORA is

VORA helps a business reach an outcome you set. It reads the data you give it, finds what is limiting progress, prepares the next move, asks for your approval before acting outside your workspace, and measures what changed.

2. Your account

Use a valid email address and keep access to it secure: it is how you sign in. You are responsible for activity in your workspace. Only connect tools and data you are allowed to use.

3. You stay in charge

  • VORA recommends and prepares. Decisions remain yours. Recommendations rely on the data available and can be incomplete or wrong.
  • VORA always shows whether something is simulated, prepared, executed or measured. A simulated business never stands for your real one.
  • Critical actions and anything that spends money always require your approval.
  • No business result is guaranteed. A test that worked once may not work again.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use VORA to send unsolicited bulk messages, mislead people, collect personal data without a lawful basis, break the law, or get around the security of VORA or of any other service.

5. Your content

Your data and the work VORA prepares for you belong to you. You give us only the rights needed to provide the service. You can export your workspace at any time.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep VORA available and safe, and we improve it continuously. We will tell you in advance about changes that materially affect how you use it.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are liable only for direct, proven damage caused by our fault. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on VORA’s recommendations, or for third-party services you connect.

8. Ending

You can stop using VORA at any time and ask us to close your workspace. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and will tell you why.
