Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your account. Your email address and sign-in records, to let you in and keep your account secure.
• What you tell VORA. Your goals, missions, instructions and decisions.
• What you connect. Data from tools you choose to connect (for example subscriptions and payments), read-only wherever the tool allows it, and only after you authorise the connection.
• Pages you publish. If you publish a page and its visitors send a request, we keep their request, with their explicit consent, encrypted, until it expires or you delete it.
• Technical logs. Errors, security events and rate limits, to run and protect the service.

What we never do

• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
• We do not let VORA act outside your workspace without your approval or your rules.
• We do not ask for your passwords to other services.

AI providers

VORA works with its own rules by default. When an AI model is switched on, only the information a task needs is sent to it, under a spending cap, and we list the provider below before it is used. We only use offers that do not train their models on your data.

Who processes data for us

• Railway: hosting of the application.
• Supabase: database and sign-in, hosted in London, United Kingdom.
• Resend: sign-in and notification emails.
• Tools you connect, such as Stripe, under their own terms.

Security

Each workspace is isolated from every other at the database level. Connection secrets and visitor requests are encrypted. Connections to the database are encrypted and verified. Every action VORA takes is recorded.

How long we keep data

Workspace data is kept while your account is active. Visitor requests expire automatically. When you close your workspace, we delete its data; encrypted backups roll over within 30 days.

Your rights

You can export your workspace at any time from Your data. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to close your workspace, by writing to support@vora-ia.com from your account email. You may also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

Cookies

VORA only uses cookies that keep you signed in and protect your account, and your browser’s storage for preferences such as light or dark mode. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
